Telescopes and binoculars will be set up to show you the highlights of the heavens in mid May and amateur astronomers will be on hand to help you find the constellations visible in the Spring Sky. If the weather is bad for observing please join with us as we discuss our equipment, how to get started in astronomy and answer any questions you may have. Handouts will be available. We'll be observing in the parking lot on the south side of the hotel. From Factory Square exit into parking lot, make a right, walk about 30 yards and look for the telescopes and tails. Griswold B&CIf you want to be in the Free-Fur-All Variety Show, you must either attend the act submission session or get your act cleared with Keeshah in advance of the convention. All acts must be G-rated and run cleanly under 5 minutes in length.
All potential performers must attend the rehearsal long enough to run through their full act at least once. Be prepared (bring your own audio files, props, and such). Keeshah will be presiding over both events.

However, a sudden change in the political climate of Calabria could make your lives more interesting than any of you could imagine. You and your comrades are on rotation at a small outpost on the Doloreaux border. It is late autumn, the last harvest is in and the winds of change are about to blow your way.
An IronClaw Role Playing game for 3-6 novice players, hosted by Swift Fox, aka Glen Rockhill. Pre-generated characters and a basic description of the game mechanics will be provided. A copy of the IronClaw rule book, a set of polyhedral dice, pencil and note paper are recommended but not necessary to play.

Vacuum Challenge!

Griswold B&COne of the severest tests of a vacuum cleaner is its ability to pick up fursuiting debris. Little bits of foam tend to clog a vacuum faster than anything. Apart from the ever-present issue of bias, manufacturers simply don't test their machines against fursuiting debris, so it's difficult for a fursuiter to pick a good machine based on information that's readily available. The Vacuum Challenge will attempt to remedy that gap in knowledge, by testing a variety of vacuum cleaners against typical fursuit building messes.
